About Us
Established in January of 2007, Original Luster Investments began with the acquisition of approximately 68 units and had increased to well over 250 units by 2010.
Since the beginning of 2017, OLI has expanded to over 500 units consisting of single family, multi-family homes and complexes throughout the Cincinnati area.
The philosophy that has proven successful is that everyone deserves a decent, safe, clean place to live and this approach has allowed us to maintain a low vacancy rate and operate on a waiting list for most of our complexes.
